Hot Flashes Types
Some menopause women can experience both standard hot flashes an additional type sometimes known to as “slow hot flashes” or “ember flashes.” The conventional hot expensive occurs quickly, sometimes reaching maximum intensity within one minute. It lasts at full intensity for just a couple of minutes before progressively diminishing.
Slow “ember” flashes appear nearly as rapidly but they are lower and continue for around 30 minutes. Ladies who experience them may undergo them year-round, instead of mainly within the summer time, and ember flashes may linger for a long time following the more intense hot flashes have passed.
